I would like to thank the amazing Parkstone Heating engineers Anthony, Ian and Ben. 10 years ago my gas boiler was installed , and I have had no issues. My annual boiler service has recently been completed alongside with the gas fire. Parkstone Heating engineers are all knowledgeable in their train and are meticulous in their work. They communicate with you throughout from booking your appointment until they arrive to do the job. Charlie who recieves your call and book your appointment, has a nice manner and is a nice addition to the team. I had a reply from Parkstone the day after my email request regarding a non urgent radiator problem. Within 2 days Ben arrived at the prearranged time and the problem was sorted.
