Ian was very easy to deal with and helpful, would happily use again.

The tradesperson completed the work on a house we were purchasing. They sent the report through quickly and responded to my call and put my mind at rest when I called following the work (as we didn't own the property at the time)

Ian was very friendly and explained everything he found to us. There was a crack in the sump and he did a good job of explaining what that meant. He gave us a quote to fix it. He also alerted us to a small gas leak and sorted the call out to get it fixed. He was very helpful and followed up with a message to make sure it had been sorted.

Very pleased with Parkstone, would recommend. High quality of work carried out promptly, efficiently and in a courteous manner. Barbara.
