  I’ve used Paragon before and will continue to use for all future projects. Their communication and knowledge is brilliant, they are punctual and very tidy workers. Incredible attention to detail and well rounded knowledge of their trade. Worth every penny and couldn’t recommend them enough!

  My lights in the kitchen (strip lights, spotlights and a bathroom light) all started to fail in January. I brought Sef in to fix the problem (which turned out to be more serious than originally suspected!). Throughout, Sef was extremely responsive to my messages both on Checkatrade and later WhatsApp. He kept me updated on materials shipment and expected work start date and also was very pragmatic and gave a lot of optionality with costings for the work which was welcome. I will definitely get him and Paragon back to do further work in the future, and would firmly recommend to others.

  I’ve been using Sef for a number of years now. I always find him friendly, polite and efficient. What I like most is that he always explains clearly what what he found and done to fix any electrical problem - even via a video if I’m not available. He is also clear about his pricing.
