  My lights in the kitchen (strip lights, spotlights and a bathroom light) all started to fail in January. I brought Sef in to fix the problem (which turned out to be more serious than originally suspected!). Throughout, Sef was extremely responsive to my messages both on Checkatrade and later WhatsApp. He kept me updated on materials shipment and expected work start date and also was very pragmatic and gave a lot of optionality with costings for the work which was welcome. I will definitely get him and Paragon back to do further work in the future, and would firmly recommend to others.

  Replacing a broken fence and adding a gate

  We called Mark and team in when our fence was blown down by the recent storms. Mark was punctual and professional throughout our experience, from quote right through to completion of the job. The quote was competitive and I trusted Mark and team to do a great job as the reviews I had read were fantastic...and these were proven 100% right. The team were able to fit us in within 2 weeks of agreeing the quote in a busy Christmas period and worked tirelessly to get it all done in 1 day for us. Polite, professional, hardworking and exceptionally tidy. Would fully recommend Mark and team.
