  Adrian was recommended to us by a friend. He met with us and was very quickly able to advise on best options for the work we wanted done. We had a full bathroom replacement, replacement of all internal doors and a bedroom fully re plastered. Plastering is excellent and exceedingly smooth, we will be able to paint direct to wall. The doors all fit very well and Adrian returned once they had settled to check to ensure no issues. The work took 2 weeks and during the bathroom work they offered suggestions and worked around issues with the original plan. Great job all round. Highly recommend.

  Super impressed from start to finish. Ben was recommended by a friend of a friend. He came to quote the following day that I contacted him. He was professional and a really nice guy. I was very happy with the quote to block up an arch between two rooms and install Victorian bi fold doors. He was extremely helpful leading up to the start date, always responded to my messages . The job completed super fast just after a week that I received the quote and I couldn’t be more pleased, it’s done to a very high standard and absolutely perfect. Would highly recommend - thank you so much love it 😊

  Loft conversion with Dorma/ 2 bed 1 bathroom + full house renovation

  It’s been a pleasure instructing Parade Building Services to complete this build for us. Adrian, Ben and Jamie were fantastic. Very knowledgeable, always on arrived time and would clean up at the end of the day, which helped due to us living on site with two young kids. They built us a stunning 2 bed loft conversion with dorma and 1 bathroom. They also renovated the whole house including fitting out our first floor bathroom to a high standard. All works were completed within given time frame. We would definitely use Parade Building Services for any future works.

  Garage and rear room conversion

  Wow!! Adrian and Ben. Their dedication to the job is amazing. We had a wonderful experience from getting the quote to the completion of the job. They were always on time. Explained every step of the job along the way. They were tidy and were a pleasure to have. Their work shows that they take pride in everything.Nothing was ever too much, they went above and beyond. We changed our design midway. Some builders wouldn’t have accommodated our changes.However this wasn’t an issue for them and they made it work.I’ve recommend them to family&friends Can’t wait to have them back to do more projects.

  Flat roof replacement

  Parade stripped out the old felt roof, repaired damaged areas and replaced with new boards and a rubber exterior lining. All work was carried out to a very high standard, completed on schedule and as quoted. They are very nice people to deal with and we were comfortable having them in our house. At the completion of the job the area was left clean and tidy with all rubish removed. First class service all round. Thank you Parade Builders.

  Kitchen Extension

  From the first time Ade visited my home to discuss the project to completion I have had first class service and craftmanship. Both Ade and Ben are exceptional at what they do and I couldn't be happier with my new kitchen extension. They both treated us well and felt like they were part of the family. They both kept me a working kitchen for as long as they could and kept me informed every step of the way. Every day they cleaned up and even at the end everything was polished and looking great. I'm very proud of what they have done and would always use and recommend this company.
