Wow!! Adrian and Ben. Their dedication to the job is amazing. We had a wonderful experience from getting the quote to the completion of the job. They were always on time. Explained every step of the job along the way. They were tidy and were a pleasure to have. Their work shows that they take pride in everything.Nothing was ever too much, they went above and beyond. We changed our design midway. Some builders wouldn’t have accommodated our changes.However this wasn’t an issue for them and they made it work.I’ve recommend them to family&friends Can’t wait to have them back to do more projects.

Parade stripped out the old felt roof, repaired damaged areas and replaced with new boards and a rubber exterior lining. All work was carried out to a very high standard, completed on schedule and as quoted. They are very nice people to deal with and we were comfortable having them in our house. At the completion of the job the area was left clean and tidy with all rubish removed. First class service all round. Thank you Parade Builders.

From the first time Ade visited my home to discuss the project to completion I have had first class service and craftmanship. Both Ade and Ben are exceptional at what they do and I couldn't be happier with my new kitchen extension. They both treated us well and felt like they were part of the family. They both kept me a working kitchen for as long as they could and kept me informed every step of the way. Every day they cleaned up and even at the end everything was polished and looking great. I'm very proud of what they have done and would always use and recommend this company.

The loft conversion was carried out in around 8 weeks and due to the plans had to cover work on three levels for fire safety but was completed in 2 months to a high standard. The lads worked hard to ensure minimum mess was left at the end of each day which is just what we needed with four young children returning after school etc.

Ade and the guys from Parade have been excellent. They are personable, professional and their quality of work is outstanding. They came to us from a recommendation and we couldn’t be happier with the results of the work they carried out. With any project there are challenges, in our case with the foundations that were needed to complete the ground works. The guys worked with the local council and structural engineer to design a solution and were super flexible when we suffered delays. Once out of the ground the work continued at pace and couldn’t have gone smoother.

Parade builders are currently building our rear extension. Adrian, Ben and Jamie are brilliant, nothing is to much trouble for them. They work very hard from the moment they arrive and always keep us up-to-date with what is happening now and next. They are always on time and clear up at the end of every day leaving the house and garden secure. They have even gone the extra mile to accommodate our dogs, building us a bridge across the foundations allowing them access to the garden. Can't wait to see the end result.
