About Us

Pantiles Construction Ltd. was founded by three friends who met while working separately within the construction industry. With backgrounds in carpentry, building and plumbing, we have the skills and experience to deliver high-quality projects. We pride ourselves on being reliable and trustworthy; striving to provide a personalized service that meets the unique needs of each client.

As well as completing client projects we have also worked on each other's own home builds and renovations, so we know firsthand the importance of managing expectations, of deadlines and of transparency when it comes to cost.

Pantiles Construction Ltd.

Alex Shorter

As an experienced property developer Alex has always been passionate about the construction industry. After many successful years as the owner of Pantiles Plumbing Ltd. and after several development projects, he decided to take on a new challenge and start Pantiles Construction Ltd.

Together with his trusted co-founders Paolo and Matt, they have already completed several successful builds and have gained a reputation as a reliable and knowledgeable construction company.

Matt Bennie

Matt has been working in the construction industry for nearly 20 years, and he brings extensive knowledge and experience to every project. Matt has a special interest in eco builds and prides himself on building structures that are not just functional but also sustainable.

Matt is dedicated to constructing buildings that not only exceed expectations but also leave a positive impact on the environment.

Paolo Morris

Paolo has been honing his carpentry skills since his apprenticeship in his teens. He takes immense care and his attention to detail, in every aspect of his work, is second to none. Paolo brings his perfectionism to every element of his work from hanging doors to creating beautiful bespoke built-in furniture.

New Builds

At Pantiles Construction Ltd., we can provide an end-to-end solution for your project. One of our founders began his career in groundworks & has a wealth of experience in seeing new builds through from start to completion. Our umbrella service includes all aspects of new build projects from the foundations & groundworks to the finishing touches such as tiling, painting, kitchen fitting & landscaping.

Our team have developed excellent working relationships with various Building Control Surveyors in the Kent & Sussex areas.

Plumbing

Founded by a plumbing industry veteran, Pantiles Construction Ltd. has deep roots in the plumbing industry. The Gas Safe engineers ensure that every job we take on is done to the highest safety standards, using only high-quality materials.

We can provide all levels of plumbing services from running new water mains & fitting boilers to installing bathrooms, kitchens & utility rooms.

Extensions

We understand the challenges that come with ongoing building work. That's why we work tirelessly to ensure that our extension builds are sympathetic to the living conditions of those around us. Our team of experts are experienced in all areas of construction, including roofing, plastering, bathroom & kitchen fitting, as well as landscaping.

Our team have developed excellent working relationships with various Building Control Surveyors in the Kent & Sussex areas.

Carpentry

We specialize in all aspects of carpentry work, from pitching a new roof to hanging doors & even bespoke built-in furniture & walk-in wardrobes. One of our founders started as a carpenter himself, & that experience has created a culture centered around expert craftsmanship, attention to detail & exceptional customer service. We believe in taking the time to understand each client's unique needs & delivering unparalleled results every time.

Renovations

We understand that renovations require precision & expertise to bring a building to its full potential. Our team of contractors have years of experience & we take pride in the transformation of a building into a home. Our services span from consultation to construction & include everything from structural alterations & roofing to painting & decorating.

Electrics

At Pantiles Construction Ltd., we pride ourselves on our expert electricians, who are handpicked based on their experience & qualifications. We believe that immaculate electrics make a huge difference in a building & can be the difference between a good job & an excellent job.
