Pantiles were great to work with. They were really polite, excellent at communicating and very considerate. We have two young children and they made sure that we were only without our full kitchen for the minimum amount of time. They made some great design and layout suggestions too which comes with their experience. We are thrilled with our kitchen and the finish and we’ve recommended them to our friends.

I commissioned Pantiles Construction to handle all aspects of a conversion of a grade 11 listed large cottage and garage . At all times they have had excellent communication ,kept to an agreed fixed contract price and completed works to schedule and we are very pleased with the outcomes . They work hard , turn up reliably at all times and have an open and transparent approach to extras where they occur . I would not hesitate to recommend them .

Having used Alex and his team for 2 family bathrooms that were completed to a very high standard, we jumped at the chance to use them again when we decided to remodel our home in 2023. They were instrumental in all stages of the planning, from the initial architectural ideation process, providing a range of structural solutions, through to paint choices & micro-cement finishes. They finished on budget and within the forecast build timelines, and managed all the trades and suppliers for us, ensuring that the whole process was easy and enjoyable. We would certainly use them for future projects

Prompt efficient job completed. Advised to register shower purchase online for warranty. Did so and near the end of warranty, the shower leaked. Called shower manufacturer who confirmed it was covered but needed copy of original invoice. As I had mislaid my copy I contacted Pantiles for their copy to forward to shower company. Received it via email within a couple of hours. Don't know why I was surprised but I was. Would definitely use again as they are local and are willing to help even (nearly) 3 years later!

Contacted Rob this morning as my son's boiler not working and his wife was in hospital having their 2nd child. He arrived within an hour and gave excellent advice and turned everything off to stop a leak. Then organised with the manufacturer for a service to be done tomorrow - hopefully before new baby comes home. Amazing!!!!

These guys have been excellent once again. They replaced a tap for my mother after re-plumbing the entire house. I couldn't have been more pleased with them. They were courteous, respectful and did a great job both this time and the last time!
