  Leaking pipe

  Brought in by another resident in the block of flats due to a leak coming from a pipe in my flat (unbenknownst to me). They were reaosnable, polite and cleaned up after. Only downside besides the surprise bill was that the quote did not include VAT so another fun surprise after. Either give the full cost up front or be clear on VAT being added.

  We are sorry to have received your review with regards to the work we carried out. The reason we attended your home was we were originally contacted by your management company to carry out a leak investigation, which was affecting the downstairs flat. When the boxing in was exposed we found the leak to be upstairs within your flat. Whilst on site permission was given by the management company to expose the leak. It was clear that pipework was within your demise & you were responsible for getting the leak corrected. When our engineer was on site he gave you 2 options 1) for us to sort out the leak 2) Or for you to arrange your own plumber to get the leak resolved. You chose to use us whilst we were on site. When the work was being carried out our engineer discussed that the price of the job would be £80 plus VAT & plus materials. Open communication & transparency is an important part of our work & we always make sure our prices are clear & agreed before any work is started. Kind regards Justin

  Eaton Bray Village Hall Kitchen up-grade

  This has got to be one of the neatest and professional jobs I've seen in many years. A new boiler added with kitchen taps extra hot water supply. Justin and Sam were courteous and cleaned up and removed all the scrap. I have used them at my Factory and now at my Village hall. 10 out of 10

  Job completed , happy with result. Turned out to be a bit more challenging than expected, but Justin and Sam solved the problem without any drama. Nice guys, would welcome back and recommend to others.

  The work was carried out by Sammy to a high standard and on schedule. He was polite, friendly, accommodating, explained what he was doing and fully answered any questions. I would recommend.
