This company was recommended by a family member who had used them previously. On arrival everything looked to be clean and organised. We had a call from Andy with a quote before we had arrived home, after being told the quote would be ready the next morning. We were given a courtesy car for the time our car was with them. The work was completed to a very high specification and we're delighted with the results. I took my car to Paling and May for an estimate, and the man I spoke to was excellent. He was very knowledable and approachable, and went through the various options available including the cheaper options. After chosing one, I was able to book my car in shortly after. The repair itself was incredibly well done, far beyond my expectations, and was the same as the estimate.
