Welcoming, on time, ready as promised, work done to the highest standard, like new

This company was recommended by a family member who had used them previously. On arrival everything looked to be clean and organised. We had a call from Andy with a quote before we had arrived home, after being told the quote would be ready the next morning. We were given a courtesy car for the time our car was with them. The work was completed to a very high specification and we're delighted with the results. Hope we won't be needing them again but wouldn't hesitate if we did.

I took my car to Paling and May for an estimate, and the man I spoke to was excellent. He was very knowledable and approachable, and went through the various options available including the cheaper options. After chosing one, I was able to book my car in shortly after. The repair itself was incredibly well done, far beyond my expectations, and was the same as the estimate. Very professional at every step, I would thoroughly recommend.
