Very quick response to the initial enquiry, diagnosed the problem (a faulty bearing in the pump). We got Rupert in to fit a new boiler, swap out old radiators and change around pipework in the kitchen. From start to finish it has been an excellent experience, with really good communication letting us know what he was doing and why. We had just had our floors done and really appreciated the extra effort to fit some temporary matting to protect it during the job. Rupert simply did a great job! We had an emergency with our boiler breaking, his communication was prompt and clear. He did his best to fit a new boiler as soon as he could to get us out of a difficult situation. He worked hard and diligently, especially as the job was not easy - the boiler had to be moved and there were plenty of obstacles in the way!
