Rupert responded quickly to our requests for quotes for a new combi boiler. Where other quotes suggested scaffolding would be needed Rupert found an easier solution. Installation was done efficiently without any fuss on the date agreed and at a fair price. As well as being efficient he's very friendly, a good communicator and explains things clearly.

Rupert was punctual, polite and helpful. He was booked to service my boiler but on commencement quickly diagnosed a fault. He rescheduled for the next working day returning with required part to effect repair and then serviced at a reasonable price. I will be using Rupert for my next boiler service and have no qualms about recommending him to others for boiler repairs or service.

Very quick response to the initial enquiry, diagnosed the problem (a faulty bearing in the pump). There was an initial delay trying unsuccessfully to get a replacement pump but then things moved quickly and a new boiler has been installed.

We got Rupert in to fit a new boiler, swap out old radiators and change around pipework in the kitchen. From start to finish it has been an excellent experience, with really good communication letting us know what he was doing and why. We had just had our floors done and really appreciated the extra effort to fit some temporary matting to protect it during the job. All the work was done on time and to a very high standard at a very reasonable price. I'd recommend Rupert to anyone.

Rupert simply did a great job! We had an emergency with our boiler breaking, his communication was prompt and clear. He did his best to fit a new boiler as soon as he could to get us out of a difficult situation. He worked hard and diligently, especially as the job was not easy - the boiler had to be moved and there were plenty of obstacles in the way! Furthermore, he was fairly priced and I would not hesitate to use him again for another job.
