10 Front Door Cylinder Replacement

Contacted Owen via WhatsApp and received immediate response asking questions to ascertain issue we had with our front door where by keys we had were becoming increasing difficult to get key in and out of lock. Owen identified problem and appointment arranged. Couple of days prior was contacted checking date and time of visit. On day of visit was phoned as promised prior to arrival with eta. I had been let down by another locksmith so contacted Owen the Locksmith. I received a reply very quickly with a quote for the work and a day for this to be carried out. On the day, I received a call from Ryan to let me know he was on his way and when he arrived was friendly and professional. I was very happy with the quality of the job and was charged as quoted. Very quick to respond and arrange a visit to assess all the broken window handles in my home. Was asked in advance what kind of winders they were.
