    Replaced front door lock

    I had been let down by another locksmith so contacted Owen the Locksmith. I received a reply very quickly with a quote for the work and a day for this to be carried out. On the day, I received a call from Ryan to let me know he was on his way and when he arrived was friendly and professional. I was very happy with the quality of the job and was charged as quoted. I highly recommend this company.

    Really prompt response from Owen to my enquiry. Ryan came as promised and completed the works to fix my front door that was sticking and unable to lock every time. Advised me what needed doing and completed the work with suggestions to my full satisfaction.

    Excellent work

    Highly recommend, latch on my front door was broken. Came out when stated, made aware of cost before work started. Fixed in less than 20 mins, very courteous. Will definitely use again.

    Not just a locksmith - can repair window handles too

    Very quick to respond and arrange a visit to assess all the broken window handles in my home. Was asked in advance what kind of winders they were. Had a call 15 minutes before to let me know en route. Was able to price up and fix in the same visit. 1 year guarantee to the supplied and fitted parts. So glad I found this company.

    Had a broken handle in the front door.

    Rang Owen on Wed to see when someone would be able to come and mend the broken door handle. It was arranged for Fri of the same week, very impressed. Ryan rang 10 mins before he arrived to let me know that he was on his way. Looked at the job, told me how much it would cost and replaced the complete door handle fitment within 5 mins. Excellent job and will definitely recommend to others.
