    Owen was on time and friendly, he explained clearly what the issue was and showed complete transparency with his pricing. He finished the work in super quick time . We will definitely be using him again if we need a locksmith.

    Ryan from Owen the Locksmith was prompt, efficient and friendly too - he diagnosed the problem with my lock immediately and set about fixing it. I thought the price was very fair, and most importantly he told me when he arrived what it would be!

    Replaced locks and hinges

    Faulty bathroom window.

    Bathroom window jammed shut at the top. Within seconds of arriving the window was opened (no damage inflicted) and fault diagnosed. Parts replaced and window working again. Would recommend these guys for any future work.

    Replacement door lock

    What a refreshing experience to deal with someone so professional I called Owen on Tuesday as our front door lock had broken he said Thursday was the earliest he could come - Ryan arrived exactly on schedule and it was completed within 20 minutes at a very reasonable price Ryan also gave us useful tips on how to maintain the locks - I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to friends and family thank you
