Tom Owens of Owens Electrical is very knowledgeable about which appliance can be repaired rather than be discarded. He repaired my dishwasher, which was 10 years old, and compared to the price of a new dishwasher which we were expecting to replace, he recommended repairing it. So refreshing in this throwaway society. He even refitted and levelled the machine which had not been done previously. His charges were very reasonable too. We would not hesitate to use him again with any electrical appliance.

Fantastic service from Tom. Quickly identified the issue, rectified it and then spent some time advising on the correct settings to use with the appliance going forward. Have used them previously, with exactly the same exceptional level of service!

Came out at very short notice and gave candid, realistic advice regarding my leaking dishwasher and has sealed it which has now stopped the leak.

Tom came and was able to repair the faulty washing machine straight away. The price was as quoted. I would definitely recommend Owens, a good contact to have.

The element went on my oven. I phoned Owens and spoke to a very friendly and helpful lady, who gave me an idea of what the fault was and the cost. They had availability for someone to come and repair it within 2 days. My oven was repaired quickly and efficiently, I was also given advice on how to maintain my oven to stop it happening again. Great service, highly recommended

Very good service. The technician is really efficient, knowledgable and friendly. The difficult repair to my tumble dryer has been completed quickly and at a very reasonable charge. I’ve also had a very quick response to emails. I’d definitely recommend this service.
