When I phoned Steve and described the problem he was able to tell that it was the heating element which needed replacing and gave me a quote to supply and fit. He arrived within the time period arranged, was pleasant, quickly fitted the new element and tidied up, checking it was all working before he left. He accepts cash, cheques and card payments and you can phone him 8 AM to 8 PM seven days a week and gives free estimates so this is very convenient when your oven suddenly stops working! Highly recommended
