Quick, professional gearbox replacement.

Called Oval Locksmiths out on 15th May for a failed multipoint gearbox on my uPVC back door — handle was overshooting, hooks were stuck extended, door locked shut. Meir opened it without damaging the door or frame, diagnosed the gearbox failure on the spot, and had a matching replacement fitted the same day. Tidy work, fair pricing, and clearly knew uPVC systems inside out. Recommended!

Had to call Oval as got locked out the house, they attended within 30min and was an absolutely fantastic service got me in and had to change the lock, very happy would recommend

The man who came was on time and lovely. In the end my lock only needed a knock with a hammer and he didn’t charge me for the call out. Very kind, thank you.
