Mike was with me about 1hr after I made the call. He quoted the price prior to coming which included the call out fee. He also sorted out a porch door that had never closed or locked since I moved into the property 12yrs ago. The French doors had caused problems for that whole time I've lived at my address but Mike came and sorted the problem. He is very friendly and professional, explained the problem and what he intended to do. I definitely recommend him and I'll keep his details for the future. His charge was very reasonable and is no rip off merchant. Just great.
