  Sam was very helpful in explaining my different options to me and the process prior to the work. During the works taking place Sam was on time, efficient and left the place clean after. Communication was brilliant throughout. Would definitely use Same again and recommend to others.

  Help with birds pecking at roof every day

  Sam arrived when he said he would. He got onto the roof despite difficult access & after surveying the area surprised me with his conclusion that I had a birds nest between the tiles & the felt. He gained access to the area and removed what seemed to be quite a big nest. The tiles were replaced and he advised that he hoped that this would dissuade the bird from visiting my roof in the future. Two days on, and he's been proved absolutely right as no more pecking! Priced very reasonably too. Thanks so much Sam. And, he answered his phone when I rang - too many Checkatrade tradesmen don't.
