Sam came out to quote very promptly after I had a leak on my flat roof in Southampton; he gave several potential alternative repairs based on affordability v likely time they might last and I proceeded with one of the quotes accordingly. We arranged a date and he did the work on that date as expected. I will only know over time but from photos and commentary I have every reason to believe the work was done well and I could contact Sam in the future if necessary. Professional, transparent and easy to communicate with, no hesitation in recommending Sam so far.

Had a leak on our flat roof , Sam said it was driving rain due to a combination of worn out flashing and window seals plus a huge crackdown the middle of the wall. He repaired all of them and gave it a lick of paint to brighten it all up. Very pleased with the results
