  Professional, reliable and will be calling again

  We originally call Mark to fix a boiler issue and he went above and beyond. He realised the heating still wasn't working properly and temperature was close to Erie, he came back last minute while we were away. We trusted him to let himself into the house and be here by himself. He solved the problem quickly and also came back to replace two outside taps. Professional, reliable and genuinely caring about doing the right thing for customers. Would highly recommend and will be calling again

  Excellent service

  We are purchasing a property and needed to have a boiler service and full heating check before exchanging contracts. Mark was extremely helpful finding an appointment to suit the seller and myself . He was punctual and carried out the service very thoroughly. He gave me a printed clear service report on the same day and made recommendations .

  One of the best around

  Had Mark from Origin Heating come round after having a big brand out to repair a fault and failing multiple times. Within 90 mins we were back up and running. Couldn’t be happier with the service, fast, clean and reliable. Attended at the time stated, transparent pricing highly recommended and our go to Heating Company going forward.

  Boiler Repaired

  Mark did a great job. Fixed our boiler temporarily for Christmas so that we didn’t freeze and replaced the failed part as soon as it arrived. My go to heating engineer.
