  Mark is an excellent worker. He explained all the options clearly from the outset and made it easy to understand what was and wasn’t covered, which I really appreciated. He’s a tidy worker, completed all the work on time, and delivered everything to a high standard. An excellent communicator who went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. I’ll certainly do business with him again.

  They needed to change the time at the last minute, which is fine as the new time suited my plan for the day. Engineer arrived and cracked on with diagnosing my problem. It turned out to be a cracked pipe leaking air. He cut the hose to make it shorter and reattached. He extremely polite, open and honest. He showed me the fault and how he fixed it. Thank you, excellent work.
