  Unreliable contractor - Job left unfinished

  The job was to install dipping trays in order to guide the rain water into the gutter. After the trays had been fitted, the gutter was left unfixed. Unfortunately I only realised that after the contractor had left and I had paid a vast sum of money considering the short time spent on the job. I called the contractor several times. After many failed attempts he eventually suggested a date and time to meet, but he did not bother turning up.

  Sorry about this. It’s understandable that you’re upset as I did explain to you that the facial board was rotten so I couldn’t screw the gutter into the fascia board due to being rotten. I did try to explain this to you that you would need to put a new fascia board on to give the gutter fixing to  also sent one of the team members around to try and help you out I also have been trying to call you and I put Eve portrays in I did not touch the guttering so the guttering was not to do with this job

  Repairs to roof & gutters

  The job consisted of repairs to 4 gutter joiners and replacement of a down pipe, replacing of a metre of felt and drip trays all around the the property, removal of the cement in two verges which were replaced with eco dry verge system, the ridges were also converted to the dry ridge system and the valley was also replaced with the dry valley system. To finish off the quote also included removal of moss on the roof. Shaun and TJ worked really hard and just got on with the job. We have no problems with recommending this company.
