The job was to install dipping trays in order to guide the rain water into the gutter. After the trays had been fitted, the gutter was left unfixed. Unfortunately I only realised that after the contractor had left and I had paid a vast sum of money considering the short time spent on the job.
I called the contractor several times. After many failed attempts he eventually suggested a date and time to meet, but he did not bother turning up.

Sorry about this. It’s understandable that you’re upset as I did explain to you that the facial board was rotten so I couldn’t screw the gutter into the fascia board due to being rotten. I did try to explain this to you that you would need to put a new fascia board on to give the gutter fixing to  also sent one of the team members around to try and help you out I also have been trying to call you and I put Eve portrays in I did not touch the guttering so the guttering was not to do with this job
