excellent response from initial request for a quote, very good communication throughout. Quality of work is outstanding, which we knew it would be having used Opus on a previous occasion . Opus provided a prompt quotation. Quotation, invoicing and receipt was all professionally issued by e-mail. Something which other quoting contractors did not provide. Price was competitive. Work was undertaken within 2 hours including cutting down the tree and grinding down the stump. All debris was cleared up and removed from site, including adjacent neighbours garden.
