Have used Opus before and have been pleased with their prompt replies and punctuality. A good job done. I always thought mine was a cherry tree but have been told by the team that it is a cherry plum so you learn something new every day!

We contacted Opus on Monday afternoon for a quote to reduce the crown on our Bay Tree. They came out to give us a quote within the hour and said they would have the quote to us by the evening. Quote came in which was accepted. We received in email later that evening to say that they had a cancellation and could do the job mid-morning on Tuesday !! Agreed to that. They arrived around 10:15 and left around 12:00 after doing a fantastic job !! Very happy customers. Thank you.

My initial email was answered promptly by Sue who arranged an appointment for following day to assess the work to be carried out. This was carried out on time and price of the work was provided via email later that day. The work was carried out today, within a week and at time stated. The two men who carried out the work arrived promptly. They were pleasant, polite and just got on with the work, leaving the garden cleared of all the cuttings and tidy. I am quite happy to recommend the company following my positive experience.

I received a quote promptly with a date set for the work within 4 days. The team arrived early, completed all work and discussed as they went along to ensure I was happy with the job. All debris was cleared from the garden and it was left clean and tidy. Very happy with the work. Third time if using this company.

They arrived when they said they would. The work was to a high standard and the parts cut down were shredded and taken away. They cleaned up completely and you would not know they had been except that the trees were lower.
