Optimus EcoHeat came the next day after I reached out about a leak with my boiler. He found the leak and also completed a service. Unfortunately the leak could not be fixed as a part had to be replaced. He will be returning to change the part out in the boiler to stop the leak. Job location: RG6Honestly couldn’t fault him. Gave us the best prices for everything and explained it all properly instead of rushing through. Communication was spot on the whole time, really easy to deal with and clearly knows his stuff. Made the whole process straightforward and stress-free. Would definitely recommend.
