Dominique is an artist at his craft: passionate, meticulous, and deeply (deeply!) knowledgeable. He rescued our messy heating system (meters and meters of microbore pipes!) and somehow made sense of it all. What really stood out was how he explained everything as he worked, helping me understand how the system functions and how to keep it running smoothly. Job location: HP13Honest, perfectionist, professional, transparent and kind. He replaced my the heating and boiler from a 1940 system to a modern one. Before carrying out the work a thorough check was done and notes taken. The work took about three days. The kitchen plumbing was sorted due to a leak and a replacement sink base was installed . Meticulous detail to the work. Cleaned up when completed. Very polite and friendly. A perfectionist. I am very impressed and would have Optimus Ecoheat back if I have a problem.
