  Honestly couldn’t fault him. Gave us the best prices for everything and explained it all properly instead of rushing through. Communication was spot on the whole time, really easy to deal with and clearly knows his stuff. Made the whole process straightforward and stress-free. Would definitely recommend.

  Dom at Optimus Ecoheat was excellent! He completed a central heating annual service. He is very knowledgeable and his communication throughout was top notch: from arranging the service quickly, to outlining his pricing in a transparent and fair way, keeping my updated on accurate arrival time, discussing what he was seeing/finding during the service itself, and finally informing me about potential energy cost savings by making minor adjustments in my heating system.

  Checked our boiler, hot water pressure, readings and lowered the temperature so saves money on future bills! Turned up on time very knowledgeable engineer Dominic always keeping us informed about the whole process. Highly recommend him. Good job thanks.

  Dom was punctual and arrived when he said he would. checked his tasks before starting making sure parts were correct. due to age of boiler the repair for the original fault caused other issues which Dom was quick to support and rectify.
