Very friendly service and reasonably well priced! He definitely understood what he was doing and is a reliable and trustworthy engineer. Would 10000% recommend. A tricky job but nothing was too much, there was always a solution and some great advice given.

Great service will be using again

Was booked by my house buyer but I would definitely use again. Came as promised, was extremely knowledgeable and transparent, and very personable. Additional work was required and clearly explained to me, and booked in the following week.

Optimus EcoHeat came the next day after I reached out about a leak with my boiler. He found the leak and also completed a service. Unfortunately the leak could not be fixed as a part had to be replaced. He will be returning to change the part out in the boiler to stop the leak. He was friendly and very helpful.

Honestly couldn’t fault him. Gave us the best prices for everything and explained it all properly instead of rushing through. Communication was spot on the whole time, really easy to deal with and clearly knows his stuff. Made the whole process straightforward and stress-free. Would definitely recommend.
