  Highly recommend- Reliable plumber

  Josh from Optimum plumbing heating and renewals responded really quickly to our request to fix my elderly mums boiler in the cold weather. He was really flexible on times too so my sister could be there when he came. Thank you. He also services my own boiler and I have found him to be a really reliable and competent plumber…which is not always easy to find. Highly recommend ⭐ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  Optimum Heating responded quickly to my quickly to my initial enquiry. Arrived at the time agreed, identified the issue and resolved the problem in really good time. I was so pleased with the service received I have also had a new boiler fitted. This was carried out in good time with excellent communication before and after the installation. All work was completed to high standard and left clean and tidy. On each occasion I have found Josh to be polite and professional with very good rates. I would not hesitate to recommend and will absolutely use them again if needed.

  Boiler replacement, check overall system

  We recently had our boiler replaced by Josh, and we couldn’t be happier with the service. From the moment he arrived, Josh was professional, punctual, and clearly knowledgeable. He explained everything in plain terms, answered all our questions, and made sure we were comfortable with the process before getting started. The installation was completed efficiently and with great attention to detail. Josh worked neatly, respected our home, and left everything spotless when the job was done. The new boiler is running perfectly, and we’ve already noticed an improvement in heating. Thank you!

  We thought that Josh was friendly and reliable. He came across as a very professional engineer. Josh worked extremely hard and all works were completed within the time frame given. We are really pleased with our new boiler and would highly recommend this company.
