Josh from Optimum plumbing heating and renewals responded really quickly to our request to fix my elderly mums boiler in the cold weather. He was really flexible on times too so my sister could be there when he came. Thank you. Optimum Heating responded quickly to my quickly to my initial enquiry. Arrived at the time agreed, identified the issue and resolved the problem in really good time. I was so pleased with the service received I have also had a new boiler fitted. This was carried out in good time with excellent communication before and after the installation. All work was completed to high standard and left clean and tidy. On each occasion I have found Josh to be polite and professional with very good rates. I would not hesitate to recommend and will absolutely use them again if needed.
