Job location: M27Turned up on the wrong day. Had to deal with them over the phone. They unblocked one drain but said it had issues. No photos or report. Just a phone video that didn't explain much. Then proceeded to unblock another drain that had blocked, only to find when I got home they had done the wrong one.(which they admitted over the phone that night) Carged us £180 and left to go to the job they was supposed to be on. (think they was in a bit of a rush) We understand mistake happen but trying to get them to come back to finish the work has been a joke and weeks and weeks have gone by now....10 Quick and very professional

I could not say better things about this company. I messaged this morning as I had an ongoing , repeat problem with my downstairs toilet. Another company had come before Christmas and failed to sort the issue . I messaged for a call out at 12 o'clock and had someone here by 2.30 within minutes they had a camera down the drain and diagnosed the problem with the pipes. It sounded like a daunting issue but the guys had it sorted in just over an hour. Done there and then. Considering the job the price was very reasonable .
