The team were incredibly responsive and came out to my property same day. They identified a further issue and came back a few days later to resolve. They communicated extremely well with me and was very happy with the service. I would thoroughly recommend to anyone who has any urgent issues! These guys were fantastic, same day service for us. They sourced the new radiator for us and within a few hrs were removing the old. They protected the carpets really well and were friendly and efficient. Great service and we highly recommend them.

Very quick response and quote to initial query (toilet with poorly working flush). Turned up on arranged date and kept me updated throughout work, letting me know options, associated costs and getting my approval before carrying out the work. In this case, due to other issues found, the whole toilet was replaced. Work done neatly, same day, and so far it all works/looks grand. Would definitely be happy to use Optimum Drain again.

Not a straight forward job as new kitchen sink waste pipe needed to be put direct into refurbished drain over adjacent guitter
