Trish rang me on the request for job. Explained everything in detail. Explained the process and product. Got me booked in with Trevor the drain specialist to see the job. Trish Explained everything on cost. Having had another company see the job. There was no extra costs. Very fair priced and best treatment for the job. I had few dislodged joints. Resin sleeve was the best sort of treatment to the job. My roommate looked at the job. And you couldn't tell if work was done. It was done so nicely efficiently. Everything was put back the way it was. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone.

Happily recommend this company. Came out on a Saturday to reline a toilet drain. Checked the problem and unblocked first then sorted within the hour. Trevor was brilliant, explaining the job. My only criticism would be it’s been a struggle to get the receipt and guarantee but sure Trisha in the office will sort this. Great job. Thank you.

Came out same day within a couple of hours to our what we thought was a blocked soil pipe, turns out the pipe had collapsed needed an epoxy resin sleeve to fully repair. Job was carried out professionally and to a high standard. Trevor and his Dad are 2 lovely guys would highly recommend.

Turned up on the wrong day. Had to deal with them over the phone. They unblocked one drain but said it had issues. No photos or report. Just a phone video that didn't explain much. Then proceeded to unblock another drain that had blocked, only to find when I got home they had done the wrong one.(which they admitted over the phone that night) Carged us £180 and left to go to the job they was supposed to be on. (think they was in a bit of a rush) We understand mistake happen but trying to get them to come back to finish the work has been a joke and weeks and weeks have gone by now....

Within three hours of booking the job my outdoor drain was unblocked and back to normal. The overall service and professionalism was outstanding.
