Both men arrived before the set time, as I was having abit of a meltdown, they explained the process and what had happened to the drain. Within a few hours they had fixed and replaced what needed to be done.

Just had a patio fitted and new drainage system - it keeps blocking so patio company blamed fat/food down drain. But I’ve not had a prob before. So I booked Optimum drain. Trevor and his colleague arrived - very polite & assessed the work that had been completed by the patio company. Trevor identified that the wrong drain system had been fitted. Trevor wrote me an independent report which I can now should the patio company or a small claims court. Trevor and his team restored my faith in trades people so thank you! We contacted the company and Trevor came out to look at the issue and provided video footage and a quote very efficiently.
