  I received several quotes before deciding to go with Optim PRO. From the start, they stood out as professional, transparent, and genuinely polite. Everything was clearly explained, with no pressure or hidden details. I had a specific preference not to install bulky units in every bedroom, but I also didn’t want to cut corners by placing a single unit in the landing to serve the whole house. Optim PRO really listened and helped to find a solution a both practical and estetical.Overall, a smooth and professional experience from start to finish. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

  Excellent communication throughout the job. Proposed several options accompanied by competitive quotes for all options. Installed on time to a high standard within the agreed price. Electrical certifications issued and all work guaranteed. The team are helpful, courteous and efficient. I would highly recommend this company.

  Professional installation with excellent attention to detail

  Really impressed with the installation from start to finish. The team is highly professional, punctual, and clearly knew what they were doing. What stood out the most was the attention to detail as everything is neatly installed, no unnecessary holes, and the finish is very clean and tidy. You can tell they take pride in their work.   Good service

  We had optimpro in to fit 3 aircon units across our house. We were incredibly impressed by their speed in response to the quote, competitive price and the conduct of their staff while installing. It was also great to see that they were so responsive to correspondence which meant that when we had one small issue it was sorted immediately. They talked through the options available to us and we are more than happy with the results, having had it installed in the winter we have only really used the heat functionality but are more than prepared for the summer heat.

  Five star service from start to finish

  Marius (and his team) were great from start to finish on my project. Had air-conditioning unit and services fitted throughout ground floor and to the master bedroom. Would highly recommend without doubt. The team are highly punctual, professional and knowledgeable.
