5-Star Review I honestly cannot recommend Marius and his team at Optim PRO highly enough. Marius was already fully booked when I contacted him, but when I explained that my son had cancer, had relapsed and urgently needed air conditioning, he went out of his way to squeeze us in within a week. I will never forget that kindness. He arrived on time, was incredibly patient and understanding, and his team were absolutely brilliant, thorough, quick, efficient and left everything clean and tidy. Sadly, my son never made it home from hospital and passed away there, so he never got to use it

From the start to finish, this was a very efficient, professional, stress free process from my initial enquiry with Optim PRO to the final installation of my air conditioning unit. I was given helpful useful advice at the initial survey by Marius and also during the installation with both Gabriel and Florin whom are both the installers and electricians, giving me advice as to where it would be best fitted and keeping me informed throughout the whole process from start to finish. Both were very conscious of ensuring that all materials were kept safe and all areas kept clean at all times.

Fantastic Job done by Marius and team. I had different quotes for multi split A/C and Marius gave the best quote (though he was on holiday in a beach!!). I would recommend him for air con installation. All the best Dr Ram Byravan

Marius has been super helpful since first reaching out for a quote. Even when asking for multiple options he was fast to respond with different quotes, all competitive. I didn’t have to wait long for installation. His team are professional and work hard, cleaning up all mess, and took the time to understand my preferences. I would recommend OptimPro and Marius to anyone considering a heat pump / AC installation.

Great experience. Competitive price, super punctual, work carried out by 2 lovely chaps who worked hard and were very clean and tidy. They worked late to get the job finished as soon as possible. A/C works a dream. Super silent and just in time for the heat wave. 100% recommend.
