  Absolutely outstanding service from start to finish. Ben arrived early, had all the paperwork prepared in advance, and got straight to work. He was professional, efficient, and respectful of the property throughout the visit. He took the time to answer all my questions clearly and emailed me the full EICR report while still on-site, pointing out the items that were flagged. Everything was explained in a way that was easy to understand. I was really impressed by how smooth and well-organised the whole process was. Truly exceptional service — I’d highly recommend.   Despite limited access to the property due to the availability of my tenant, Ben persevered and got the job done. He also installed some smoke alarms for me, which was not part of the original job. Good service / happy with the work.

  Very happy with Optimal Electrical with my E.I.C.R inspection which was carried out 28/5/25. Ben arrived on time and was professional in his assessment. Communication was excellent and the cost of the inspection was competitive.

  We recently had Ben perform electrical work in our kitchen, and we are extremely satisfied with the results. He installed new lights and sockets with great precision and efficiency. Ben was professional, punctual, and took the time to ensure everything was done to a high standard. The kitchen lighting has been greatly improved, and the additional sockets have made the space much more functional. Ben also made sure to clean up after the work was completed, leaving the kitchen spotless. We highly recommend Ben for any electrical work and will definitely be reaching out to him for future projec
