Absolutely outstanding service from start to finish. Ben arrived early, had all the paperwork prepared in advance, and got straight to work. He was professional, efficient, and respectful of the property throughout the visit. He took the time to answer all my questions clearly and emailed me the full EICR report while still on-site, pointing out the items that were flagged. Everything was explained in a way that was easy to understand. I was really impressed by how smooth and well-organised the whole process was. Truly exceptional service — I’d highly recommend.
