Shane at open landscapes and family ltd is a reliable and respectable man. His communication was perfect and couldn’t have done a better job. Shane informed us well in advance of date and time he was coming for monthly 2 hour garden maintenance session. He was punctual as usual. After brief initial chat about what we wanted done he got on with the job. Shane did a thorough job and took initiative to do few extra small things that made a difference. We were pleased. Shane stopped working after 2 hours and packed his equipment away. We had a brief chat and he reminded me he would send me invoice, which he did within 2/3 days. We could not be happier with Shane. He takes care of our garden as if it was his. He is always on top of all the little details a well looked after garden needs which means we do not need to think about it. He also helped us with the design and construction of the new terraced area (our garden is split in 2 levels) within our budget.
