Shane has transformed our garden over the last few months. He is knowledgeable, conscientious and knows what he is doing. It’s great to finally have a gardener that gives us advice and provides excellent suggestions for improvements without the hard sell. Very happy clients!

Shane at open landscapes and family ltd is a reliable and respectable man. His communication was perfect and couldn’t have done a better job. He trimmed the hedges back, cleared the borders also cut the plants back to ensure the garden was ready for winter.

Shane informed us well in advance of date and time he was coming for monthly 2 hour garden maintenance session. He was punctual as usual. After brief initial chat about what we wanted done he got on with the job. Shane did a thorough job and took initiative to do few extra small things that made a difference. We were pleased. Shane stopped working after 2 hours and packed his equipment away. We had a brief chat and he reminded me he would send me invoice, which he did within 2/3 days. We feel confident and relaxed knowing Shane will do a good job and share any thoughts about our garden

We could not be happier with Shane. He takes care of our garden as if it was his. He is always on top of all the little details a well looked after garden needs which means we do not need to think about it. He also helped us with the design and construction of the new terraced area (our garden is split in 2 levels) within our budget. Again, Shane is a lifesaver.

Shane operates at a very energetic level. He is quick and efficient with the tasks for the day. My garden looks tidy every visit. He has a very positive attitude and easy to talk to. Highly recommended!
