  Rats under kitchen units

  I suspected there was a rat in my kitchen although unsure if one of my cats had brought one in (only had mice before). I looked for a pest control company. Joe had the best reviews and he deserves them. He made 3 visits but I felt reassured after the first visit because he was so calm, kind and reassuring. The first visit he did an inspection and laid baits and traps (under the units), the second visit he retrieved 2 dead rats (so my cats were not the culprits) and identified the probable entry point, laid more bait. Today he returned to seal the hole - thankfully no more rats. Thank you!

  Mice Infestation in Loft Space

  I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt compelled to in this case. Joe’s immediate communication was exactly what I needed during a stressful situation when we found mice in our loft space. He was clear, responsive, and incredibly reassuring. His guidance filled me with confidence, and I felt like I was in good hands throughout the entire process.   Mice in our attic

  Joe is always punctual, very polite and friendly when he has visited. He is on top of his communication always replying promptly to any questions we had. He was able to identify the rodents quickly and set the appropriate equipment up. We are nearly 4 weeks on and have had no other issues with mice, thank goodness, this has put my mind at rest. He is fairly priced and would thoroughly recommend him for any issues you may be having.

  Professional from start to finish.

  From start to finish Joe was the ultimate professional. I called and left a message which he returned quickly. I explained what the problem was to which he said I can come and see you the day after next and I don’t think you have a major problem. We had what turned out to be a small Carpet Bug issue. So a date was made to fumigate the house. Joe explained what had to be done in advance and that we couldn’t go back to the house for about 4 hours. The work was completed and there was no mess. He set our minds at rest from start to finish. Highly recommended.

  Extermination of rodents, repairing area of floor
