  Effective bed bug treatment

  We reached out to Joe after we discovered bed bugs had found their way into one of our bedrooms. Despite contacting on a weekend and somewhat frantically given the distress, Joe responded quickly and immediately reassured us. He made a call out to inspect as early as possible and pre-emptively held a slot free to treat asap. After the first treatment we had no sighting or bites and he just completed a second visit as thorough as the first, confirming they were gone. We cannot recommend Joe enough, really put minds at ease, answered all of our questions and was discreet.

  Rats in drains

  Joe was fantastic looking after a rat issue at our property. From the initial exchange of messages and throughout I found Joe to be personable, knowledgeable, caring, and responsive.   We thought we had a bat and was visitied for free to access, was given clear unbiased information and only wanted to help without changing, was polite helpful, ended up noticing a wasp nest which he dealt with quickly, could not recommend higher and will definitely be using in the future should we need to

  Removing wasps nest from compost heap

  Couln't be faulted. Joe came straight away after finishing the job he was on and dealt with the wasps nest quickly and efficiently. He was cheerful, easy to talk to and clearly explained prices and procedures. I would have no hesitation in recommending him.
