I heard a mouse or a rat scurrying around in the ceiling space in our office (converted garage). Found Onyx with glowing reviews and sent a message. I had a quick reply giving me an outline of how Joe works and it so happened that he had a gap, so he headed over straight away. We discussed the problem and Joe had a look around the building to see if he can spot any entry holes, then proceeded to deal with the issue at hand. Already booked in for a follow up inspection next week. Highly recommended!

Contacted Joe at Onyx because we have black ants in the back garden we cannot get rid of. Joe recommended a cheaper option for us to try, rather than a call out and extra expense. He advised to try this first and to let us know if we still need extra advice. Prompt, efficient and professional in response.

Joe from Onyx came out the very same day I called him. Initially he gave me his view and advice on the phone which I was most grateful for. He was professional polite &knowledgeable. He came out (for free) to Gerrards Cross even though he told me he really didn’t suspect we had bed bugs (and he was right!). But I was so anxious so he still came to take a look. He was the only one who was to do a home visit for free. After talking to him at home, we learned all the services he provides and will happily call him again and recommend him to others. Honest, trustworthy and cares about customers.

Cannot recommend this company highly enough. Joe arrived on time was extremely professional with an excellent manner. He explained all the available options in a way that was clear to understand. I would definitely use Joe’s services again and would highly recommend to family friends and colleagues.

We contacted Joe when we noticed an increased amount of inset activity around outside weep holes above our living room window. First communication was quick, efficient with establishing the concern and upfront about costs. Joe visited the next day to assess the situation, was on time and polite. He explained that our initial concern of wasps was in fact honey bees and whilst he couldn’t help further gave us reassurance and guidance on steps we could take next. Followed up that he would be more than happy to help in the future which. A great first interaction overall.
