10 out of 10 . Amazing price . Joe was amazing . Turned up on time . Explained everything . Did the job quickly. Answered my questions . And then said he would come back in a week if any issues . I called him back ( kids party ) just in case and he was happy to check everything again a week later .

Having tried to treat carpet moths with counter bought products I contacted Onyx as the pest control with a 10 star rating. Not disappointed with my decision and a company that lived up to expectations! This took more than 1 treatment, but each time Joe was brilliant both in his communication, knowledge and the requests of a ‘demanding’ client. Thank you from a very relieved and satisfied customer .

Joe was very responsive and very accommodating. He came when he said he would, explained the procedure and answered all questions I had. He finished the job and offer to do another follow up if the wasps came back but they never did so we only had to do it once.
