Joe is an extremely friendly person and knows his stuff when it comes to pests. He carried the job out efficiently and got straight to the bottom of the issue. He took care of our mice problem and secured the outside for any potential entries. I'd definitely contact him if I ever had any issues in the future.

We reached out to Joe after we discovered bed bugs had found their way into one of our bedrooms. Despite contacting on a weekend and somewhat frantically given the distress, Joe responded quickly and immediately reassured us. He made a call out to inspect as early as possible and pre-emptively held a slot free to treat asap. After the first treatment we had no sighting or bites and he just completed a second visit as thorough as the first, confirming they were gone. We cannot recommend Joe enough, really put minds at ease, answered all of our questions and was discreet.
