We are extremely happy with the service Joe provided. He eliminated the problem we had with rodents in the loft. He was always on time, friendly, courteous, very knowledgeable and professional. He responded very quickly to any query we had and most importantly, sorted out the problem! We can't recommend him highly enough.

Joe at Onyx Pest Services is in my phone now for any future problems. A wasp nest in our garden was sorted so quickly and easily, we can thoroughly recommend their services.

We reached out to Joe after we discovered bed bugs had found their way into one of our bedrooms. Despite contacting on a weekend and somewhat frantically given the distress, Joe responded quickly and immediately reassured us. He made a call out to inspect as early as possible and pre-emptively held a slot free to treat asap. After the first treatment we had no sighting or bites and he just completed a second visit as thorough as the first, confirming they were gone. We cannot recommend Joe enough, really put minds at ease, answered all of our questions and was discreet.
