  Repointing

  We needed our older property repointed with lime motar in keeping with the origional look. From quote to completion of the work ,Joe kept in excellent communication. He was an excellent time keeper, honest and such a friendly guy. The work was really professionally carried out and we are absolutely thrilled with the result. He has gone above and beyond what we have asked of him. We were so impressed we are having him back to complete another job!

  Excellent work, thorough professional

  Joe built a low wall at the front of the property. He was prompt to reply to my original query and was a complete professional throughout the process from initial site visit to final invoice. Joe kept me informed at all stages. I am really happy with the quality and design of the work he has done. The wall looks so good and has significantly improved the appearance of the front drive. I would recommend Joe without any hesitation.

  Repointing some of our house

  Thank you Joe for an excellent job repointing our house, I was very worried about having the job done and matching the coloured cement to repoint the front side of our house and a patch on the side that needed to blend in with the existing brickwork. However from the moment you started work and seeing how thorough you were, I was totally relaxed. We are so pleased with the work carried out. We have no worries about recommending "on the level Builders" to our friends or neighbours. Joe was so helpful and was happy to help wherever possible and he had to do it all in varying weather conditions.

  Great bricky

  Top communication, attention to detail and thorough work. Three years ago Joe from On The Level did a smaller job for me very well and went the extra mile to get everything right so this year I asked him to take on a larger project that he completed today. Great work thanks.

  Stone garden wall

  Joe worked hard to build us a beautiful stone garden retaining wall and we are very pleased with the workmanship. It looks exactly as we had hoped. Joe arrived on time every day and completed the work on budget and on schedule.
