Top communication, attention to detail and thorough work. Three years ago Joe from On The Level did a smaller job for me very well and went the extra mile to get everything right so this year I asked him to take on a larger project that he completed today. Great work thanks.

Joe worked hard to build us a beautiful stone garden retaining wall and we are very pleased with the workmanship. It looks exactly as we had hoped. Joe arrived on time every day and completed the work on budget and on schedule.

We wanted to raise the height of a garden wall by 7 courses and Joe was first choice as he had worked here a couple of years ago and we were so pleased with his work that we contacted him again. He came and looked at the job and, after agreeing the costings, gave us a mutually convenient date. Joe turned up on time, did the job and tidied up the site afterwards. Excellent all round performance - as expected!

Absolutely top class. Joe was superb at doing what he said he would, which is sadly a very rare commodity these days. He arrived when he said he would, he messaged with regular updates and was very efficient. The work itself was top class, rapid and he even cleaned up afterwards. Joe carried out a very professional rebuild of a boundary wall. It was in very poor condition and due to age of wall/property I required the original bricks to be reused in order to maintain the character of the place. Not a straight forward job. The work was carried out very efficiently followed by a conscientious tidy/clean up afterwards. A first rate job. Joe was punctual and hard working. He is also a nice friendly guy and very easy to relate to, as an added bonus. Thoroughly recommended.

Joe came promptly to look at the work required and very quickly responded with a quote. His communication was very good, arriving early for work and he was extremely tidy and well organised in his approach. He dismantled our old wall and built a new one in keeping with the old style. He was excellent at listening to what we wanted and has done an exceptional job, having many positive comments from neighbours and people walking by. We are really pleased with the quality of his work.
