We recently had our bathroom completely replaced by Ben and his team. We could be happier with the service from start to finish. The team were professional, punctual and extremely tidy throughout the whole job. They took the time to listen to all of our questions and offered helpful suggestions along the way. Ben is a superstar.. we had a leak in our kitchen sink and I sent him a panicked message asking him if he was free the next day to come and fix it for us. He responded straight away and managed to book me in. He is really personable, knows his stuff and was happy to check some other bits and bobs I needed doing while he was there. Ben was very polite and professional in his messages prior to the work, and apologised for delays in responding. Ben and Luke carried out the work to a high standard and were both a pleasure to deal with.
