  Ben was very polite and professional in his messages prior to the work, and apologised for delays in responding. Ben and Luke carried out the work to a high standard and were both a pleasure to deal with. I would definitely recommend their services and will be contacting them again if I need any more plumbing

  Unvented cylinder installation

  Ben installed a new hot water cylinder for us. He went into detail with how the job would be carried out and kept us up to date throughout. He was friendly, polite and tidy. All round great guy. Will definitely be using him again.

  Fixing burst pipe to garden taps

  Ben has been my plumber of choice for quite a few years now. He responded quickly on the phone, listened to what was needed and agreed to come later the same afternoon. On arrival he quickly identified what needed to be done, turned off the mains water in the street and completed the repair very quickly. Ben always has a cheerful 'can do' attitude and I would recommend him to anyone without any reservations.
