We have used OnTap Plumbing previously. They always provide good communication and attention to the request task. OnTap Plumbing arrived well on time and the over used kitchen tap was replaced swiftly. Clean and tidy. Highly recommended.

Ben is a superstar.. we had a leak in our kitchen sink and I sent him a panicked message asking him if he was free the next day to come and fix it for us. He responded straight away and managed to book me in. He is really personable, knows his stuff and was happy to check some other bits and bobs I needed doing while he was there. Ben installed a new hot water cylinder for us. He went into detail with how the job would be carried out and kept us up to date throughout. He was friendly, polite and tidy. All round great guy. Will definitely be using him again.

Ben has been my plumber of choice for quite a few years now. He responded quickly on the phone, listened to what was needed and agreed to come later the same afternoon. On arrival he quickly identified what needed to be done, turned off the mains water in the street and completed the repair very quickly. Ben always has a cheerful 'can do' attitude and I would recommend him to anyone without any reservations.
