We recently had our bathroom completely replaced by Ben and his team. We could be happier with the service from start to finish. The team were professional, punctual and extremely tidy throughout the whole job. They took the time to listen to all of our questions and offered helpful suggestions along the way. The quality of their work is excellent and we are so happy with the result! I would highly recommend them to anyone.

We have used OnTap Plumbing previously. They always provide good communication and attention to the request task. OnTap Plumbing arrived well on time and the over used kitchen tap was replaced swiftly. Clean and tidy. Highly recommended.

Ben is a superstar.. we had a leak in our kitchen sink and I sent him a panicked message asking him if he was free the next day to come and fix it for us. He responded straight away and managed to book me in. He is really personable, knows his stuff and was happy to check some other bits and bobs I needed doing while he was there. Ben was very polite and professional in his messages prior to the work, and apologised for delays in responding. Ben and Luke carried out the work to a high standard and were both a pleasure to deal with. I would definitely recommend their services and will be contacting them again if I need any more plumbing

Ben installed a new hot water cylinder for us. He went into detail with how the job would be carried out and kept us up to date throughout. He was friendly, polite and tidy. All round great guy. Will definitely be using him again.
