  From our first interaction the team have been highly professional and responsive, answering technical questions and agreeing to expand the scope of works at short notice. All work was completed to a high standard. With frequent consultation and updates to ensure the project aligned with my vision. The team left all work areas safe, clean and tidy, with a full walkthrough of works carried out at the end of the job. I’m so glad to of found this reliable firm, and will definitely be using them for future projects.

  Onsite Plumbing and Electricals provided a very good service. The team is highly experienced. They explained the problem in clear and simple terms. They gave honest advice and helped us find the best solution for our needs. The engineers were professional and polite. They arrived on time and worked efficiently. They kept disruption to a minimum. They cleaned up properly after finishing the job. The area was left tidy and safe. They also came back to check that everything was working as expected. This gave us a really good impression.   Straightforward and flexible when trying to arrange a convenient time - and reconfirmed the day before, which was reassuring. Arrived on time and installed pendant lights, wall lights and a new bathroom fan efficiently and with minimum fuss. Asked the right questions and checked we were happy. Nice guys and fair price. We will use them again and would recommend to others.

  An incredibly positive experience! Turned up on time (arranged at short notice) and completed the work quickly, efficiently and for a very good price. Very responsive in lead up as well as morning of appointment. Will be using again if we have more plumbing issues - highly recommend!
