Straightforward and flexible when trying to arrange a convenient time - and reconfirmed the day before, which was reassuring. Arrived on time and installed pendant lights, wall lights and a new bathroom fan efficiently and with minimum fuss. Asked the right questions and checked we were happy. Nice guys and fair price.
