Joey came out twice to do a CCTV inspection of mine and neighbours drains and then returned back to fit parts. He was knowledgeable, helpful and left the place tidy and as he found it. Bothe man hole covers were difficult to get open and other companies had given up or not had right tooling, but he persisted in order to carry out the job. It was great to find someone who cared about his work and wanted to give the best service. Highly rate

Two engineers from Only Rods and Hoses Ltd came to sort out my blocked pipes. They were very friendly, respectful and professional. They quickly understood what was needed and had all the right equipment to clear the pipes. They got the job done in good time and gave me some good tips on how to manage things in future. I had been a bit nervous about getting this job done as I had been trying for a year or two to get a sensible, reasonable quote, with no luck. The engineers put me at ease and got the job done and cleared up thoroughly. Good value all round. Phew great job. I thank them again.
