  Phoned up to talk about job and arrange coming to quote, came out the next day sent very reasonable quote over the same night and booked in for the following day. Very reliable, polite, tidy workmen. Even mended another tap aswell. Definitely be using again and will be recommending.

  Dig the floor up an lay a soil pipe connect to original soil pipe.

  I have been fitting the downstairs loo and sink myself but Im a bit old to be digging a concrete floor up or had the confidence to lay the soil pipe correctly. So I got Jamie and his mate to do it. Both very friendly did job in two days. I fitted the toilet the day after and it works fine.

  Advertised my job on Saturday, Oneway Plumbing responded. We agreed a price and we arranged for Monday afternoon to resolve the problem. Unfortunately Oneway choose not to show up, so a wasted afternoon waiting for someone. All it took was a quick WhatsApp or email explaining they could not make it, courtesy is a simple thing. Having read some reviews later it's appear this company seems to.make a habit of this, perhaps I dodged a bullet here
